0500 Hrs- Bangun dari tidur dan persiapan bagi menghadapi hari baru dan aktiviti harian.
0545 Hrsi- Ke Galley Sarapan pagi .Wey banyok nyoo makanan atas dispenser .Ikut nok make Western     dan Eastern food available for morning breakfast.
0600 Hrs - Morning meeting . Safety Agenda dan operation last 24 Hrs dan plan Aktiviti hari ini.
0700 Hrs - Complete with Working Attire- All safety gear put on.
0730 Hrs- Control Room Meeting Once more for production Crew only. (Daily Handover Night crew to Day crew).
0800 Hrs - Plant surveillant and tackle major problems on Equipments and plant operation.
0900 Hrs - First Tea Brake.
0930 pagi- Back to Designated Area and continue plant monitoring .Must in tiptop operation, production  our priority but motto "Safety First".
1200 Hrs - Lunch Break. Heavy meal Western or Eastern food available. Gomo Kelatte Gomo lagi..
1330 Hrs - Back to business .
1500 Hrs- Evening Tea break..
                      Minum petang macam macam ada.
1800 Hrs - Cool down period and waiting for 12 hrs working shift completed.
1900 Hrs - Hand over Day to Night Shift Crew.
                  - Dinner available again we eat till burst out,(burping) Heavy meal Western and Eastern food Available .
1900-2100 Hrs- personal activity .
2100 Hrs- Back to the Galley for makan again.
2200 Hrs - on the Bed get set goooo.. Good Night. Bro see you in the morning.

Segala makan dan pakai (dobi dan catering) diselenggara secara percuma oleh syarikat.
Segala kelengkapan disediakan dan room boy sebagai kemasan dalam bilik dan dobi pakaian disediakan juga.

Activities after working hour.

Ps: Night Crew will continue progress till day light again.Operation will go on 24 Hrs non stop pumping crude from reservoir underneath 365 Day per year. if no hiccup from operation shutdown or plan shutdown.
